At the Biltong Jerky & Dry Age Co. we create our Biltong Jerky and Dry Age Beef products to order. We stock very limited amounts (almost all products are made to order) so that you receive the freshest of product. We have no microwave ovens, semi-finished products, no dyes, flavor-additives, preservatives or sugars in our Beef Biltong Product Range. Our Jerky range are made with sauces that contain sugars and are clearly mark so (however currently not available) The Dry Age Beef is only just Beef that's Dry Aged......!

How to Store Biltong
Biltong Jerky & Dry Age Co.
If you can't restrain yourself from eating our Biltong in one sitting then the below information is for you!
At Biltong Jerky & Dry Age Co. we don't use Sugars, Preservatives or Nitrates. So, if you are planning on storing your Biltong, it is best to store it unopened, in its original packaging and stored in the fridge for up to 3 weeks. Once open, the Biltong should be consumed within 3 day (Thats if you don't eat it all in one sitting)
